Launch day for any new collaboration is exciting because it takes months for a vision to come to fruition. From the initial first meeting to brainstorming the design inspo to finalizing the renderings before going into production, it's a process.

With that being said, we are genuinely obsessed with our newest collaboration with artist and illustrator Joanna Baker.

Joanna creates using brush markers, ink, colored pencil, watercolor and acrylics. Her fashion design background and life in NYC are big influences in her work. In fact, we discovered Joanna while searching for a lovely illustration of shoes for the Protect My Shoes HQ. This serendipitous virtual discovery sparked the collaboration for a limited-edition capsule collection featuring Joanna’s vintage, feminine and dainty print “Romantic Rose.”

Inspired by the burgeoning “Grand Millennial” style, the elegant handmade shoe cushions are at the center of the collaboration, but also take your shoe care regimen up a notch with three different beautiful shoe bag designs.
