Hurricane Irma was not going to stop me from flying to NYC! Honestly, for a split second, I wasn't quite sure if I'd make it out of Florida with all the cancellations and delays found at the local airports. But, I made it!!!  

Last Wednesday, I had the honor of pitching the Protect My Shoes product line at STORY in NYC to a panel of fashion, media, and retail industry leaders. The brainchild of STORY's founder Rachel Shechtman, the Pitch Night event is a unique opportunity for fellow entrepreneurs to present their products to the esteemed panelists. 

For this go around, it was wonderful to meet Rachel along with her guests Olivia Kim, VP of Creative Projects at Nordstrom, and Tory Johnson of Good Morning America.  

It was an evening that was very inspiring. The 2,000 square foot Manhattan store was filled with magnetic energy and enthusiasm. Oh what a night to remember!
