What is your favorite quote or life motto?

Leaders aren’t born in time of peace, rather in times of war.

You have become a well known and highly sought after professional organizer. When and how did you start your business?

I started to conceptualize my business in 2000 while raising my three children. Officially, I formalized the business and company name in 2004. I always had a passion for all home organization after having moved my family numerous times. My combined passion with guts and tremendous work ethic, I left the risk factors aside and jumped into this next chapter with no blinders.

What is the number one most common organizing mistake that you see people doing?

The number one most common organizing mistake that I see people doing is equating being tidy with knowing how to successfully organize.

What is your favorite room to organize? And your least favorite?

My favorite area to organize is the linen closet and my least favorite area is the basement.

What is it that you love most about what you do?

What I love most is the concept that I am truly changing people’s lives. Focus is on lifestyle, not simply the design. Through specific methods, exclusively applied to the individual, adding deliberate tutorials to the overall project is the recipe for lifetime success. It is not just the before and after, but rather during the process when it all comes to life.

How has social media changed and influenced what you do?

Social media has been the perfect venue to transmit our mission, share the day to day operation, show images reflecting our work, and the identification of our brand. This platform is multi dimensional, enabling us to speak to the world in the most creative way possible.

Now let’s talk fashion… how would you describe your overall style if it had to be categorized?

Overall style is classic, feminine, while adding a bit of appropriate trend.

You’re always so put together, what’s your go-to outfit when you’re pressed for time?

My go to outfit is a cream pair of slacks with a fabulous cashmere sweater.

What’s your fashion and/or beauty indulgence?

Fashion beauty indulgence is a stylish pair of boots and Tom Ford lipsticks.

Which shoe designer do you love most?

Favorite shoe designer is Manolo Blahnik.

What’s your favorite shoe style?

Favorite shoe style is a high pump.

What is the best way to organize shoes? Is it by style or by color?

Shoe organization must be by style.

What is it that you like about the line of products by Protect My Shoes?

Protect My Shoes is a necessity line, not simply decorative. There is a reason shoes have stuffing when they are brand new. Protect My Shoes keeps the shoes in perfect form after the original paper is removed. The feminine bag adds function for travel.

What is your dream travel destination?

Dream travel destination has and will always be Paris. My home away from home!

What are three tips to packing efficiently?

1. Categorize your stuff in advance separating clothing, shoes, toiletries, cosmetics, devices.

2. Contain garments in packing cubes, rolling to maximize space

3. Leave a small empty space on perimeter of the suitcase for shoes protected in Protect My Shoes.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoying doing most?

I love spending precious time with my children.
